Camp Refund Policy
Refunds will be made if requested in writing by email or regular mail according to the schedule in the chart below.
Credit can be obtained for the full amount of the refund to use toward another AZ available week of the current summer if the guidelines are met.
Refunds on Pay Pal or in the form of personal check are subject to a $25 administrative fee ( per camp session/child), deducted from the total allowable refund.
We reserve the right to grant exceptions to the stated policy in situations including, but not limited to, illness and death in the immediate family.
Time of Request Refund Credit Admin Fee
At least 15 days before start of camp 100% $25/week
7-14 days before start of camp 50% $25/week
Less than 7 days before start of camp 25% $25/week
After the start of camp season No Refunds
All activities are subject to change due to weather, schedules and other reasons beyond our control.
